Technical Design is a communication skill using graphics and computers to communicate technical information and data. Machine Installation is the stage at which machinery is unpacked, reassembled, realigned, connected to essential services and then tested exhaustively to ensure it works at peak operating efficiency when it finally goes into production. Machinery installation is one of the most critical parts of the whole process. Machines may require modifications for a variety of reasons, such as to improve the accuracy of lubrication procedures, to enable inspections of the in-service oil and the machinery, to ensure precise oil analysis and consistent oil sampling, and to enhance the effectiveness of the contamination control program.
