Homogenization Equipment
Similar to Mixing process but Homogenization method uses force (such as turbulence and cavitation) alongside high pressure to create a consistent and uniform sample. Because of its powerful pressure, high pressure homogenization is well-matched for both particle size reduction and cell lysis, which oftentimes requires strong pressure to disrupt cell walls.
Inline Homogenizer
By utilizing the rotor or stator principle, the Inline Homogenizer comes with a sturdy design and can be used for homogenization, solid dispersion, emulsification and particle reduction processes. The homogenizer is often necessary to mix one or more substances within a liquid. This device allows to micronize and scatters the particles suspended in the fluid, so that the product become highly stable, no matter the followings treatments and stockings the products may undergo. The Homogenous Mixture For Liquid Syrup Processing delivers unparalleled consistency and control of high shear process applications such as, Immiscible Phase Emulsifying, Homogenizing, Wet Grinding, Texturing, Deagglomeration and Fine Dispersing. Incorporating up to single sets of toothed rotor-stator heads, engineered to extremely fine radial tolerances, the Emulsifier processes product at high differential velocities, as many as 18 times in a single-pass. The result is consistent, repeatable quality at capacities exceeding those of conventional multiple-pass technology, such as in-tank high-shear mixers, colloid mills and shear pumps.

Homogenizer Compression Block
The very high pressure Homogenizer Compression Block is a specific configuration of the liquid end for machine operating at very high pressure, over 700 bar. The concept of multiblock head differs from the monoblock head because it relies on a separate-blocks construction, that minimizes the material stress caused by the pulsating pressure peak. The compression block has been developed for pilot and industrial homogenizers with pressure from 600 bar up to 1500 bar. The special configuration of the gaskets for high pressure and the use of special wear resistant materials provide the most reliable and effective solution for using the homogenizer in very high operating pressure condition. It may surprise you how many products need homogenization in their manufacturing process to make them more compatible with your daily life. Stabilization and a longer shelf life have always been among the highest priorities in many different processing industries but, especially nowadays, as lifestyles continue to change rapidly, they are becoming more and more valued.
